I. Brief description of the beer keg welding machine

1. Beer keg welding machine is designed to weld the middle circular seam of beer keg.

2. Welding workpiece: 30L and 50L beer kegs.

3. Welding requirement: automatically complete tag and circular seam welding of the shell to shell middle body. Ensure concentricity, the appearance is uniform and good, depth and width of fusion meet the welding requirement.

4. TIG welding without wire feeding. Finish the whole seam welding once loading beer keg.

II. Beer keg welding machine equipment feature

1. Single-drive synchronous rotating structure to ensure the positioning of the beer keg and the consistency of the welding.

2. Hydraulic tailstock tightly presses beer keg. Ensure the concentricity of the two workpieces after clamping them. The spindle and the tailstock are synchronously rotation, drive the beer keg to move synchronously and complete the welding.

3. The PLC is used to control the execution of each welding program. Welding length, arc igniting time, arc ending time and arc tracking can be input and changed via the HMI.

4. Self-shielding gas welding system: gas will go inside the stainless steel beer keg.

5. The keg rotation adopts servo speed regulation, stepless adjustment, improve equipment reliability and long-term use.
